Do not sit in one place for a long time. learn some safe exercise form your doctor. Go for a walk. As the time comes closer of delivery, your skin stretches and you may feel too much itchiness. Therefore, stretch marks on your stomach, waist and thigh occur. Do not leave them dry and apply stretch marks remover cream or medicated gel.
Pregnancy symptoms and pregnancy care at the last week of trimester
In the last week of this trimester try to arrange all the necessary things which will be needed for delivery. These are natural problems and passes away naturally. You may be a bit worried because this is the first time you are experiencing motherhood. If you are feeling any discomfort or delay in your due date consult your doctor. Try to relax as much as possible, do not worry and enjoy this precious moment, which is about to arrive soon.
